How to Cancel Your Subscription
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Navigate to Billing
Step 3: Click Cancel and complete the cancellation flow
What Happens After Cancellation
After you cancel your subscription:
You won't be charged on your next billing date
Your current plan continues until the end of your billing cycle
All features remain available during this time
You can reactivate your subscription anytime before it expires
Who Can Cancel Subscriptions
Only workspace owners can cancel subscriptions. If you're invited to a workspace but don't own it, you won't see the billing options or cancel button in Settings.
If you need to cancel but don't see these options, contact the workspace owner to handle the cancellation.
Reactivating Your Subscription
Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription anytime:
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Navigate to Billing
Step 3: Click either "Change Plan" or "Select Plan"
If you click "Change Plan," select a plan to reactivate your subscription
If you click "Select Plan," this will prompt a new subscription
Your subscription will resume immediately and you'll be charged on your next billing cycle.
