When you connect social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, X, etc.), we collect your public profile information, follower counts, and content performance metrics. We access only the data necessary to track Mission performance and verify eligibility.

We automatically collect:

• Device information: device type, operating system, browser type

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken

• Log data: IP address, access times, referring URLs

• Cookies and similar technologies for analytics and functionality

We use your information to:

• Operate and improve the Platform

• Match you with relevant Missions and Brand partners

• Track content performance and calculate compensation

• Process payments and issue tax documents

• Administer sweepstakes, contests, and Gems rewards

• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service

• Comply with legal obligations

We share your profile information, content performance metrics, and Creator Content with Brand partners for campaign management and reporting. Brand partners may use your Creator Content for their marketing purposes as described in our Terms of Service.

We share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including: Stripe (payment processing), analytics providers, cloud hosting services, and communication platforms. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

If you win a sweepstakes or contest, we may publicly announce your name and likeness as permitted by law and the applicable Official Rules.

The Platform integrates with third-party social media platforms. When you connect these accounts, those platforms may collect information about your activity. This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of third-party platforms, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. After account closure, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
