Managing your profile settings in the Brand Portal is a straightforward process that ensures your account information is up-to-date and secure. Whether you need to update your contact details, change your password, or manage billing information, this guide will walk you through the steps.
1. Accessing Your Profile Settings
After logging in to the Brand Portal using your account credentials:
Click on your profile icon located at the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Select "Settings” on the sidebar.
2. Updating Personal Information
In the Account Settings section:
Navigate to the Profile tab.
Here, you can update your first name, last name, and email address.
After making your changes, click "Save Changes" to update your information.
3. Changing Your Password
To change your password:
Go to the Change Password tab within the Account Settings.
Enter your current password in the appropriate field.
Input your new password and confirm it by entering it again in the confirmation field.
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
4. Managing Workspace
For managing your current workspace:
Head to the Workspace tab.
Here, you can view your business name, timezone and password.
To update your settings, you can press on the “Edit” button.
Ensure the information is correct, then click "Save".
5. Plan Preferences
To manage the current plan that you have:
Visit the Plan tab within Account Settings.
Here, you will be able to see your Growth Plan, Payment Information and Billing Address and if you wish to Cancel your plan.
Adjust your preferences by checking or unchecking the respective boxes and then click "Save".
