To ensure you receive push notifications from your Pass:
Check that Wallet app notifications are turned on in your phone settings
Make sure Pass notifications are enabled in your Pass Details (this is on by default)
Turn off any Focus Modes like Do Not Disturb, Personal, or Work in the Control Center.
How to Turn on Wallet Notifications
Go to your Settings > Notifications > Wallet and make sure notifications are allowed.
How to Turn on Pass Notifications
Wallet app > Pass > Tap on ••• > Pass Details > Allow Notifications
How to Turn off Focus mode
Swipe down the top right to display the Control Center to see whether or not you're on a Focus mode.
In the example below, the "Personal" focus mode is on, which may prevent push notifications from being displayed.
Disable the Focus (e.g. Personal, Do Not Disturb) mode to ensure that nothing is On.
Return back to the Control Center and confirm the mode says "Focus." This indicates that Focus mode is disabled.
