Issued Passes
The cumulative number of Passes created and distributed. This shows how many devices have accepted your Pass.
Active Passes
The number of Passes currently installed and active in Apple or Google Wallets. This updates in real time as users install or remove Passes.
If active Passes drop, consider re-engagement strategies like push notifications with new offers or incentives.
Notifications Sent (Impressions)
The total number of push notifications sent through Passport. This measures how often you’re reaching customers.
For each push notification, Notifications Sent shows a snapshot of how many Active Passes you had at the time when the push was sent
Link Clicks
Tracks how often customers click links on the back of the Pass (e.g., website, store, social media).
Link Clicks are also tracked for each published push notification, allowing you see which push drove the most number of clicks for each link on your Pass.
If link clicks are low, test different CTA wording, promotions, or exclusive content that drives users to the back of the Pass.
UTM Tracking
UTM parameters are automatically added to links so you can track traffic sources in Google Analytics, Shopify, and other tools.
This lets you measure the ROI of push notifications and your Passes.
